About the Role
The Training Content & Documentation Specialist is responsible for creating, maintaining, and administering the digital training content and documentation that support both customer and internal product education. This role owns the learning management system (LMS), builds e-learning and video content, and produces written documentation that keeps training materials accurate and current post-release. Occasional support for live training sessions may be required.

What You'll Do

Digital Content Creation

  • Design and build e-learning modules, interactive exercises, and self-paced training content using tools such as Articulate 360 and Storyline 360.
  • Create and edit training videos in partnership with the videography team, including screen-capture content using tools like SnagIt.
  • Develop presentations and supporting visual materials for both internal and customer-facing training use.

Documentation

  • Write and maintain training documentation, including guides, job aids, quick-reference sheets, and release-based curriculum updates.
  • Ensure documentation and training content stay aligned with product changes, updating materials promptly following each release.
  • Maintain a consistent style, format, and organization across all training and documentation assets.

LMS Administration & Program Support

  • Manage the learning management system, including uploading content, organizing learning paths, assigning courses, and troubleshooting access issues.
  • Track training completion, learner progress, and content performance within the LMS.
  • Collect and analyze data on training effectiveness and content engagement to guide updates and improvements.
  • Partner with Support and Development teams to identify recurring knowledge gaps and translate them into new or updated content.

Occasional Training Support

  • Assist with in-person or remote training delivery as needed, particularly for internal onboarding or specialized requests.
  • Support ad hoc training requests from internal teams.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of experience in instructional content creation, technical writing, or e-learning development.
  • 1+ year of experience creating training content for software products preferred.
  • Hands-on experience administering a learning management system (LMS).
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and video editing/collaboration tools.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to produce clear, well-organized documentation.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills; comfortable managing multiple content projects at once.
  • Familiarity with IWMS and SaaS platforms a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, self-directed, and comfortable working cross-functionally with Development, Support, and Product teams.
  • Minimal travel required.
