The Training Coordinator reports to the Training Manager, supporting the execution of training initiatives through the coordination and scheduling of internal, manufacturer and vendor training initiatives. Working with the training team, this role supports training programs as they move from scheduling to execution without friction, ensuring that logistics are handled consistently and professionally.
Responsibilities
Scheduling & Logistics
- Manage Companywide Training Calendar, ensuring it is updated weekly.
- Coordinate regional training sessions across all offices.
- Align training resources with hiring forecasts for all offices.
- Work with the Training Manager to coordinate projects and forecast future training classes.
- Other duties, as assigned
Vendor & External Coordination
- Coordinate manufacturer training scheduling (Genetec, LenelS2, DMP, etc.) for all offices.
- Coordinate with the Safety Team to schedule annual lift training and other required in-person training (DCJS, First Aid & CPR, FAST, etc.).
- Support Lead Technical Trainer and Learning Systems & Digital Content Administrator in creating timetables for training courses.
- Manage vendor seat allocation and calendar alignment.
Cross Functional Alignment
- Coordinate post-onboarding training flow with Learning Systems & Digital Content Administrator and HR.
- Track action items from weekly Enterprise and Operations meetings.
- Collaborate with all departments to prevent blockers from occurring.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Exceptional Organizational skills
- Able to handle multiple requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- Ability to communicate ideas and information effectively, across all levels of leadership.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams
- Smartsheet experience preferred but not required.
- Previous coordinator experience preferred
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must have a valid driver’s license
Other Eligibility Requirements
Location: This is a fully remote position. Candidates located in the Midwest or Eastern United States are strongly preferred to support collaboration with key stakeholders and business operations.
