Welcome to Kanadevia Inova, a global innovation leader in the waste infrastructure space, where we believe in creating a sustainable future through technology and innovation.

Transforming Waste into Value

At Kanadevia Inova, we pride ourselves on being at the forefront of waste-to-X technology. We are not just waste managers; we are creators of value from what communities discard. Your role at Kanadevia Inova directly contributes to turning something once considered useless - waste - into something invaluable: energy, heat, hydrogen, fertilizer, and beyond.

Are you passionate about turning complex technical knowledge into engaging learning experiences? As our Training Manager, you will develop and deliver comprehensive training solutions for clients operating Waste-to-X (WtX), Renewable Gas (RG) and Power-to-X (PtX) plants, helping their teams operate and maintain our technologies safely and effectively.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage client training activities from start to finish, ensuring that the agreed scope, schedule, quality standards and budget are met throughout the project.
  • Develop tailored training concepts and materials, including interactive learning systems, online content, graphics, animations and project-specific terminology.
  • Coordinate training delivery with all relevant stakeholders, including clients, project teams, suppliers, commissioning and operations teams, technical specialists and translation providers.
  • Deliver and supervise classroom, hands-on training and online training for shift team leaders, operators and maintenance personnel, including approximately three months of international site travel per year.
  • Drive the continuous improvement of our training solutions by enhancing training methods and software, supporting tender and budget preparation, developing internal Academy programes and sharing lessons learned across future projects.
  • Degree in mechanical, electrical or process engineering, or a comparable technical qualification, combined with in-depth knowledge of process engineering.
  • Proven experience in plant operation or commissioning, ideally gained within interdisciplinary projects in a complex international organisation.
  • Strong training and content-development experience, including preparing training concepts and creating clear learning materials using text, graphics, photos and animations.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics, motivate participants and coach less-experienced colleagues.
  • Fluent spoken and written English, German language will be an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word, Excel and Visio, and a client-oriented, proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

We offer
• Responsible challenge with diversified field of activity
• Team-oriented working atmosphere in an international Company
• Personal development opportunities through own Inova Academy
• Opportunity to gain an insight into various technical disciplines
• Excellent employment conditions
• Attractive working place (central, good transport links)
• Modern infrastructure
