Job Description

This is a remote position.

Help people explore education that supports their personal and professional growth.

Lifestyle and Leadership Professionals is seeking a Training Sales Consultant to introduce prospective clients to personal development and leadership programs.

This remote role combines consultative sales, digital marketing and client follow-up. You will listen to clients’ goals, introduce relevant program information and guide interested people through an established presentation process.

Your activities will include:

• Promoting education programs through social media and digital marketing.
• Conducting initial conversations with prospective clients.
• Understanding their interests and goals.
• Sharing program presentations and following up on questions.
• Maintaining accurate records of enquiries and conversations.
• Taking part in ongoing training and team sessions.

This is an independent, performance-based arrangement. Earnings come from product sales. Training and support are provided.



Requirements


• Currently based in the USA.
• A minimum of 8 years of professional experience.
• Experience in sales, consulting, education, client relations, marketing or a related field.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• A thoughtful, professional approach to sales and follow-up.
• Willingness to learn and apply social media and digital marketing methods.
• Confidence using online systems and video calls.
• Ability to organise your workload and work independently.
• Approximately 15–20 hours per week available to begin.
• Comfortable with an independent arrangement where earnings come from product sales.

This role is not suitable for students, recent graduates or those entering the workforce.
