Training Specialist – Development

Job Description This is a remote position. The Training Specialist – Development focuses on designing and updating training curricula for clinical applications. It involves developing comprehensive eLearning content that meets the evolving needs of UW Medicine. The role collaborates with subject matter experts to ensure training materials are accurate and current. It emphasizes continuous improvement through feedback and performance analysis. Candidates with EPIC certification are highly desired and preferred but not required. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and update training content using authoring tools and multimedia elements. • Evaluate existing curricula and implement improvements based on learner feedback and performance data. • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance. Requirements • 3+ years of experience in curriculum development and instructional design. • Proficiency with eLearning tools (e.g., Captivate, Storyline) and web-based content development. • Strong writing, editing, and project management skills
