Do you have instructional design skills and know how to engage learners both in person and virtually? We’re looking for an experienced Training Specialist to facilitate training and develop content for our Reacquired Vehicle Management (RVM) team.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Training Manager and training team to develop and deliver effective training across key RVM areas. You’ll also partner with Operations, Quality and subject matter experts (SMEs) to address skill gaps, strengthen consistency and improve learner outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Associate Onboarding & Development

  • Lead onboarding and ongoing learning for assigned RVM roles by building the curriculum, training plans and end-to-end learning experience
  • Support new hires with:
    • Onboarding (provide classroom and chat support, answer learner questions and troubleshoot in real time during training sessions)
    • Retention and engagement (monitor learner success indicators, address barriers and partner with leaders on improvements)
    • Client credentialing requirements
  • For existing associates:
    • Facilitate coaching, refresher training and development
    • Support process changes, client updates, new implementations and business transitions

Training Design & Delivery

  • Deliver training in the classroom, virtually, and through self-paced and hands-on learning
  • Manage learning content and assignments in Morley’s platforms, including Glovebox content and LMS-created learning
  • Use a modular training approach that delivers content in digestible sections, checks readiness and adapts based on feedback and results

Learning Insights & Improvement

  • Analyze operational, quality and performance data to identify training opportunities and recommend solutions
  • Partner with operational leaders, quality teams and SMEs to spot skill gaps and make sure training aligns with business objectives
  • Measure training effectiveness using evaluations, observations and knowledge checks
  • Track and share training results (quality, productivity, satisfaction, readiness) and update content based on what you learn

Collaboration

  • Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, chats, emails and other communications as needed) while maintaining a positive and professional attitude

Hybrid Schedule

This is a hybrid role, where you will work partly from home and partly on site at our Saginaw, Michigan, campus. While on site, you'll work in a friendly, casual environment at our corporate office in Saginaw Township, close to shopping and restaurants. You’ll also have access to our free on-site workout facility and enjoy perks such as tickets to local events.
