What You’ll Do Handle outbound calls on our dialer (no cold leads). Follow a simple script to verify customer info and pre-qualify interest. Transfer qualified customers to licensed insurance agents. Earn commission for every billable transfer ( customer on call 3+ mins ). What We’re Looking For Prior call center or transfer agent experience is strongly preferred. Professional, reliable, and coachable.
