Transfers Associate (Legal & Compliance) Your key responsibilities are to deliver white glove service and honor the FSG Principles while: Support the change of ownership for investor interests in client managed funds Track reassignment timelines, approvals, and closing requirements to support timely completion Liaise with custodians, fund administrators, and external counsel as needed Serve as a point of contact for clients, custodians, fund administrators, and internal stakeholders to facilitate exemplary communication Assist in reviewing, monitoring, and enhancing client compliance programs to support ongoing regulatory requirements Develop foundational knowledge of private equity fund structures and LP mechanics. Our clients also ask us to provide on-site support from time-to-time.
