Transformation Director with SaS Analytics (f/m/x)

We are looking for an experienced Transformation Director to join our dynamic team in the banking sector. In this role, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of project management to lead initiatives that drive business value and innovation. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and contribute to the overall success of our projects. The position offers a hybrid work environment, allowing for flexibility while collaborating with teams in Cracow and Warsaw. Your tasks

• Leading the planning and execution of projects within the banking sector, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Managing cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, while maintaining high-quality standards
• Developing comprehensive project plans that incorporate stakeholder requirements and risk management strategies
• Facilitating communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders to foster a productive project environment
• Identifying and mitigating project risks through proactive problem-solving and innovative thinking
• Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes
• Providing leadership and mentorship to project team members, promoting professional growth and development
• Engaging in negotiations with internal and external stakeholders to secure resources and support for projects
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of experience in project management, within the banking sector
• Experience with SAS Analytics and its applications in project management
• Familiarity with industry trends and competitive landscape in the banking sector
• Broad and comprehensive understanding of banking concepts and principles, with the ability to integrate multiple disciplines
• Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing diverse teams and driving project success
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, capable of navigating complex issues and making evaluative judgments based on qualitative and quantitative information
• Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic business plans that align with organizational objectives
