The Analyst will work across Quality, Engineering, Product Development, Manufacturing, and other business functions to ensure projects deliver their intended business, waste reduction, quality, and timing objectives.
As our Transformation Management Organization Analyst, you will be at the forefront of driving change. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Lead Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage project plans for complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives across Quality, Engineering, Product Development, Manufacturing, and other functional areas. Define scope, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, owners, and decision points to drive successful execution.
- Manage Schedules & Critical Path Activities: Create and maintain baseline schedules, monitor progress against milestones, evaluate schedule logic and critical path activities, identify delays, and coordinate recovery actions to protect project commitments.
- Manage Risks, Issues & Dependencies: Own R.A.I.D. logs for assigned projects by identifying risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies; assessing potential impacts; assigning owners; tracking mitigation actions; and escalating unresolved concerns.
- Analyze Project Performance: Review project data, milestones, deliverables, and performance indicators to identify execution gaps, emerging concerns, trends, and opportunities for corrective action.
- Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate activities across functional teams, facilitate project meetings and working sessions, clarify responsibilities, resolve barriers, and drive accountability toward agreed project objectives.
- Prepare Executive Reporting & Decision Support: Develop clear, concise executive presentations, status reports, dashboards, and decision materials that communicate project health, accomplishments, risks, schedule impacts, recommendations, and decisions required from leadership.
- Apply TMO Standards & Project Management Best Practices: Apply the TMO Framework, project-management tools, templates, and governance practices to promote consistent planning, reporting, decision-making, and execution discipline.
- Coach and Build Project Management Capability: Teach and coach employees who do not have formal project-management backgrounds on project planning, scheduling, R.A.I.D. management, action tracking, meeting facilitation, status reporting, and other project-management best practices.
- Support TMO Business Office Operations: Support the TMO’s operating rhythm through governance coordination, planning activities, communications, tools, templates, training materials, documentation, and other priorities that enable effective project execution.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve project-management processes, eliminate unnecessary work, strengthen transparency, and improve the TMO’s ability to deliver transformation initiatives.
To excel in this role, you'll need a robust blend of technical expertise, program management skills, and strategic thinking:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Analytics, or a related field, with 3+ years of professional experience

- Agility & Adaptability: Proven ability to move between different projects and quickly learn new technical or functional domains based on organizational need.
- Strong Project Communication and Influence: Ability to translate complex project information into clear, actionable guidance for project teams and concise, high-impact status updates for leadership. Demonstrated ability to drive alignment and influence cross-functional partners without direct authority.
- Strong Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to build strong relationships, foster collaboration, and drive alignment across departments and functional teams.
- Navigate Ambiguity with Resilience: Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations, manage competing priorities, use sound judgment, and drive projects toward resolution with limited direction.
