The Transformation Portfolio and Project Analyst helps shape how Infor Global Professional Services delivers transformational change. In this role, you analyze the portfolio/regional and project health, compliance KPis and measures to improve customer outcomes. In this role, you will also manage the optimization of the business processes, data management data and reporting that support our GPS transformation in our Professional Service Automation tool Certinia.

This is an individual contributor role that combines business process compliance and innovation. You will partner closely with transformation leaders, regional delivery teams, project managers and other stakeholders throughout the organization to improve operational effectives and customer/project health and satisfaction.

A Typical Day in the Life Includes:

  • Providing analysis and insights for a regional portfolio of projects and supporting analysis for regional leadership, project sponsors, and project managers
  • Leverage enterprise reporting and analytics technologies, including Microsoft Power BI for portfolio/regional reporting and project reporting
  • Leverage enterprise AI technologies, including Microsoft CoPilot and Snowflake for portfolio/regional reporting and project insights
  • Managing the program with issues and enhancements for our enterprise system for Professional Services Automation (PSA) Certinia
  • Producing business analysis and presentations to communicate portfolio/regional and project health and compliance to Infor stakeholders.
  • Producing business analysis, executive communications, presentations, to communicate complex data and technology concepts to both technical and business audiences.
  • Collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional technical and business teams in a global or enterprise environment.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience with project management KPIs and measurement
  • Experience leading release management of enterprise systems related business initiatives such as Certinia PSA
  • Experience with enterprise reporting and analytics platforms including Microsoft Power BI
  • Experience with enterprise AI tools including Microsoft Copilot
  • Business analysis, executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management experience.
  • Experience collaborating across technical and business teams within a global, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Use of Copilot, Claude, Snowflake, or similar enterprise data, analytics, automation, and AI platforms.
  • Use of Microsoft BI or similar enterprise analytics platforms.
  • Experience supporting professional services, project delivery, PMO, operations, compliance, or enterprise transformation initiatives, preferably within a global organization.
  • Experience with enterprise business platforms such as Certinia or comparable PSA professional services technologies.
  • Use of enterprise business platforms such as Salesforce or comparable CRM/ERP/professional services technologies.
  • Experience presenting data-driven recommendations to executive leadership.
