Transformation & Project Senior Consultant

Your role

As a Senior Transformation Consultant, you will independently lead transformation workstreams and make sure change lands in the organisation. You will guide stakeholders through the journey, from first workshop to go-live, and support less experienced colleagues along the way.

Your tasks

• Lead workstreams independently own planning, delivery, risks and dependencies
• Apply project management and PMO practices to keep delivery structured, transparent and on track
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities, scope and client needs, and keep the team moving
• Prepare steering committee materials and present to senior stakeholders
• Drive change and adoption
• Design and lead change management and business readiness activities that deliver real user adoption
• Develop communication plans and messages tailored to different stakeholder groups
• Plan and oversee training, user guides and knowledge transfer
• Lead cutover planning, go-live readiness assessments and hypercare
• Align people and decisions
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across business and technology, often in an international setting
• Facilitate workshops that drive alignment and decision-making, and navigate conflicting interests
• Contribute to target operating model design processes, roles, governance and ways of working
• Support ERP and technology implementations, from requirements to testing and cutover
• Coach less experienced team members

Your profile

• Have a track record of leading workstreams in transformation, change or implementation projects
• Have strong experience in change management, communication and stakeholder management at different levels of an organisation
• Communicate clearly and persuasively, in writing and in front of senior audiences
• Stay flexible and calm in changing environments and adapt your approach to people and context
• Work well in international, cross-functional settings and are fluent in English
• Speak German this is a big advantage, as many of our projects involve German-speaking clients

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP implementations (e.g. SAP) and business readiness
• Change management or PMO certification (e.g. Prosci, PRINCE2, PMP)
• Experience coaching colleagues
