Aureos are looking for a Regional Manager to work within our Transmission Overhead Lines Division to oversee and manage all aspects of overhead line transmission projects within a designated region, ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry standards.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Lead and manage regional teams involved in the design, construction, maintenance, and repair of overhead transmission lines.
* Develop and implement strategic plans for regional overhead line operations, including resource allocation, budgeting, and project scheduling.
* Ensure all projects adhere to safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality control procedures.
* Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for regional project stakeholders.
* Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance.
* Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
* Recruit, train, and develop regional staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
* Prepare and present detailed reports on regional performance, project status, and financial outcomes to senior management.
* Implement and enforce company policies and procedures across all regional operations.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and project delivery.
Job Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in the transmission line industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
* Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale overhead line projects.
* Strong knowledge of transmission line design, construction, and maintenance practices.
* In-depth understanding of relevant safety regulations, industry codes, and environmental standards.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to travel extensively within the designated region.
* Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
