🚀 WE ARE HIRING – Transversal Project Manager (Digital Projects)

📍 Location: Brussels, Belgium

🏠 Work arrangement: Hybrid

We are looking for an experienced Senior Transversal Project Manager to lead and coordinate digital projects in a dynamic professional environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure effective project governance and lead steering committees and project boards.
• Monitor project progress, prepare reporting and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage project risks, issues and dependencies.
• Oversee capacity planning, resource allocation and budget management.
• Monitor project performance and drive continuous process improvement.
• Manage project timelines, documentation and change control.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and ensure alignment across teams.

🔹 Required Profile:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant Project Management experience.
• Master's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong experience managing digital projects.
• Excellent knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft Office 365.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Dutch, French and English.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership and organisational skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to maintain a helicopter view.
• Proactive, diplomatic, structured and results-oriented approach.

🔹 Nice to Have:

• Experience with DocuSign.
• Previous experience in Private Banking.
