Travel Customer Advisor with German (remote)

🔹 Key responsibilities:

• Handle customer and partner inquiries via inbound calls, email, and live chat.
• Assist with account management, booking updates, and general platform support.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction with prompt, professional solutions.

🔹 What we are looking for:

• Languages: C1+ level in German and B2+ level in English.
• Skills: Strong written communication, basic computer proficiency, and multitasking abilities.
• Mindset: A customer-first attitude; background in hospitality or customer service is a plus.

🔹 Salary & Perks

• Base Salary: €1300 gross monthly (standard 8-hour shift).
• Performance Bonus: Up to an extra 10% of gross based on targets.
