Join an international e-commerce project and support business owners interested in developing their online sales — fully remotely from anywhere in Greece.
- Location: Greece — fully remote
- Start: 5.10 or ASAP
- Flexible start date: We can adapt it to your availability
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 09:30–17:30 Greek time
- No shifts and weekends off
- Permanent full-time Greek employment contract
About the project
You will support business owners interested in selling their products through one of the world’s leading e-commerce platforms.
Your role will combine business communication, seller onboarding and sales support. You will introduce the platform’s opportunities, reconnect with inactive business clients and recommend solutions matched to their needs.
What will you do?
- Speak with business owners interested in increasing their online sales
- Present the platform and explain its business benefits
- Support new sellers with free registration and onboarding
- Reconnect with inactive clients
- Identify business needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Build trusted relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Work towards individual sales and performance targets
Salary and bonuses
- Base salary: €1,250 gross/month x14
- Performance bonus: €200–€250 gross/month
- Additional sales bonuses based on results
- Daily meal allowance via Mastercard
- €500 gross anniversary bonus after the first year
- Two additional salaries per year in accordance with Greek labour law: one full salary at Christmas, half a salary at Easter and half a salary in summer
Total monthly package: €1,250–€1,500 gross/month + additional sales bonuses + meal allowance, depending on performance.
Requirements
- German at C1/C2 level
- English at B2 level or higher
- Previous sales experience in any form is required — for example retail sales, telesales, B2B, direct or customer-facing sales
- You already live in Greece
- EU citizenship or a valid residence permit with full rights to work in Greece
- Stable and fast internet connection with LAN access at home
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Customer-oriented and sales-focused mindset
- Confidence in speaking with business clients
