Key Responsibilities: Custom Itinerary Creation: Design tailored travel plans based on each client’s interests, preferences, and budgets, covering accommodations, activities, transportation, and dining. Client Engagement: Conduct virtual consultations to understand clients’ travel aspirations and requirements. Vendor Collaboration: Partner with trusted travel suppliers and tour operators to secure the best options and rates. Booking Coordination: Manage travel bookings and confirmations, ensuring a seamless and accurate process. Ongoing Support: Assist clients throughout the planning phase and during their trips, promptly handling any changes or issues. Industry Awareness: Keep up-to-date with the latest travel trends, destination insights, and special offers to provide expert recommendations. Feedback & Follow-Up: Connect with clients after their travels to collect feedback and foster ongoing relationships. Qualifications: Previous experience in travel planning, hospitality, or customer service is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Effective communicator with problem-solving abilities. Comfortable using digital research and booking platforms. Self-driven and capable of working independently from a remote setting.
