The aim is to ensure a fast, competent and service-oriented solution to customers' concerns and thus contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction. As a Support Specialist, you will Receive and process customer inquiries by phone, chat, e-mail and ticket system Provide documentation and follow-up of customer concerns Ensure friendly, professional, and solution-oriented communication Forward complex requests to 2nd level support or responsible departments Provide Data for Reports Meet defined service level targets (SLAs) Support in the continuous improvement of communication standards Participate in the optimization of service processes and tools Give feedback to the supervisor to identify potential for improvement Participate in product and process knowledge training About you Completed commercial training or comparable qualifications Initial experience in customer service or help desk is an advantage Confident handling of CRM and ticket systems Very good knowledge of German and English Strong communication skills and confident appearance towards customers Goal-oriented, structured, and independent way of working Strong service and solution orientation Resilience and ability to work in a team What we offer you At BCD Travel, we work with highly motivated and passionate people. The expected annual gross salary ranges by country are as follows: Germany: 29,167 - 34,751 EUR The final salary offered will ultimately depend on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and location, and will be determined in line with internal equity.
