Show job description

No Sweat Services is seeking a self-motivated, results-driven Travel & Guest Operations Lead who thrives when given trust, autonomy, and room to execute. This is not a micro-managed data-entry or call-center job. We are looking for an independently driven professional with a natural leadership mindset who takes personal pride in owning client outcomes from start to finish.

In this role, you will act as the primary driver of our guest travel logistics and vendor workflows. You won't just follow a checklist; you will evaluate client specifications, make executive decisions on account logistics, troubleshoot complex travel changes, and serve as an authoritative point of contact for premier hospitality partners. If you operate best with minimal oversight, possess sharp problem-solving instincts, and treat every account like your own business, this position is built for you.

Applicant Requirement: This is a US-based, direct-hire position. Applicants must currently reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work for a US employer without sponsorship.

Who You Are (The Leadership Profile)

  • A Natural Problem Solver: You don't wait to be told what to do when a roadblock occurs; you evaluate the situation, make a confident decision, and execute a solution.
  • An Operations Owner: You take complete accountability for your desk—deadlines, CRM accuracy, itinerary precision, and partner communications.
  • A Clear, Authoritative Communicator: You communicate with professionalism and confidence when dealing with high-level resort leads, transport vendors, and selective clients.
  • Disciplined & Self-Governed: You possess the internal drive and time-management discipline required to excel in a 100% remote environment without needing daily supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Account Ownership: Take complete charge of assigned client accounts—analyzing travel specifications, managing itinerary builds, and maintaining pristine CRM records.
  • Proactive Partner Negotiations & Relations: Independently connect with resort managers, transport leads, and venue directors to secure client preferences, resolve logistics, and cultivate reliable operational relationships.
  • Autonomous Crisis & Schedule Management: Serve as the first line of defense for client adjustments or travel disruptions, using critical thinking and swift judgment to re-route plans smoothly.
  • Quality Assurance & Workflow Optimization: Review booking details and documentation for 100% accuracy while proactively suggesting internal workflow improvements.
  • Operational Leadership: Set the benchmark for speed, precision, and client care across all guest touchpoints.

Qualifications & Requirements

Required:

  • US Residency & Work Authorization: Must currently reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
  • Demonstrated Autonomy: Proven track record of managing projects or operations independently with high accountability.
  • Leadership & Decision-Making: Confident problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented orientation.
  • Technical Proficiency: High digital literacy—fluid navigation across cloud CRMs, booking software, email systems, and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred:

  • Background in client account management, project coordination, administrative leadership, or complex travel/hospitality logistics.

Benefits & Structure

  • 100% Remote Autonomy: The independence to manage your daily workflow without micromanagement.
  • Company-Provided Infrastructure: Complete access to internal CRM platforms, booking software, and enterprise tools.
  • Growth & Impact: Direct collaboration with company founders and room to expand your operational leadership footprint.
