What You'll Do As a Travel Healthcare Recruiter, you'll: Recruit and build relationships with travel nurses and allied healthcare professionals. Develop and maintain your own book of business. Prospect, cold call, text, and engage candidates daily. Match clinicians with travel assignments nationwide. Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the hiring process. Build long-term relationships that lead to repeat placements. A competitive mindset with a desire to meet and exceed performance goals. A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to bounce back from challenges. A willingness to learn, accept coaching, and continuously improve. Proficiency with technology and the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools. Bonus Points For: Experience in healthcare or travel healthcare. High-volume sales or business development experience. Experience working toward daily or weekly performance metrics (KPIs). Experience building a pipeline, overcoming objections, and closing opportunities.
