Job Description
Travel Insurance Representative
AMF-Certified in Accident and Sickness Insurance
Join our client’s Assistance, Travel, and Member Services team and help travelers choose insurance coverage tailored to their needs. What's in it for you:
Hourly salary of $25-29.
Full-time position, 35 hours per week.
Variable schedule from Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., primarily 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Hybrid work model with in-office presence required 2 days per month.
Work location in Montreal or Quebec City.
5 floating days off.

Responsibilities:
• Answer customer calls while demonstrating curiosity to fully understand their needs.
• Gather relevant information to recommend the most suitable coverage based on each client’s situation.
• Provide detailed information on insurance products, highlighting their features and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with AMF regulations and requirements.
• Meet performance expectations related to efficiency and sales, including call handling time, sales ratio, and service quality.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and collective success.
• Keep knowledge up to date by staying informed on procedures, coverage changes, and ongoing training requirements.
• Advise clients on additional products and services available.
What you will need to succeed:
Required qualifications
• College diploma, university degree, or other relevant educational background.
• AMF certification in accident and sickness insurance.
• Bilingual in French and English to support interactions with English-speaking clients, partners, or service providers.
