Love travel, technology and finding better ways of doing things?

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning new systems and making things work better.

At Martin Randall Travel, we're growing internationally, investing in technology and finding smarter ways of working. We're looking for someone to join our Client Team and play an important part in that journey.

This is much more than a traditional reservations role. You'll become our go-to person for the systems that sit at the heart of our business, working with colleagues across different teams, improving processes and helping us make better use of technology.

You don't need to know our systems already. We'll train you. What matters is that you're curious, organised, comfortable with technology and enjoy figuring things out.

What you'll be doing

You'll have a varied role, with plenty of opportunities to learn and make a difference.

  • Become our systems expert. Learn Tigerbay, our reservations platform, inside out and help colleagues get the most from it.

  • Help bring our tours to life. Set up and maintain tours in our reservations system, making sure pricing, availability and information are accurate and ready for clients to book.

  • Connect the dots. Help ensure information flows accurately between Tigerbay and HubSpot, our CRM platform.

  • Make things better. Spot opportunities to simplify processes, reduce manual work and explore how automation and AI can help.

  • Share what you learn. Support and train colleagues, becoming someone the wider business can rely on.

  • Get involved in travel operations. Support our aviation lead with group flights, airline communications and travel arrangements.

  • Support the wider team. Help colleagues when needed.

What we're looking for

Ideally, you'll have 2–3 years' experience in travel reservations, operations or a similar role.

More importantly, you'll be someone who:

  • Enjoys learning new technology and systems.

  • Likes solving problems and finding better ways of working.

  • Has strong Excel skills and is comfortable working with data.

  • Has a great eye for detail and takes pride in getting things right.

  • Can manage competing priorities and stay calm under pressure.

  • Communicates clearly and enjoys working with different people.

  • Is proactive, curious and happy to get stuck in.

Experience with reservations platforms, CRM systems or airline operations would be an advantage, but isn't essential.

Why join us?

This is a great time to join Martin Randall Travel.

We're investing in our systems, exploring new technology and growing our presence internationally. There's a real opportunity to get involved in how we develop and improve the way we work.

You'll receive full training on our systems, build specialist expertise and have the opportunity to make a genuine impact.

And you'll be joining a team of people who are passionate about travel, knowledgeable about what they do and genuinely enjoy working together.
