OVERVIEW:
The Traveling Exhibits Program Intern will gain hands-on experience in exhibit marketing and partner relations, helping bring TCM's traveling exhibits to venues across the country. This intern will research and build out conference marketing materials, design a new e-newsletter template for the Traveling Exhibits team, and manage industry contacts as the program grows its network of venue and brand partners.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create a TRX e-newsletter template and first issue to be distributed biannually to venues and brand partners
- Input industry contacts and venue partners into the Tessitura database
- Research, design, and produce a handout advertising TCM TRX and available exhibits for distribution during conference season
- Create a venue marketing survey to assess which ad templates are utilized most
- Develop a system to receive inbound assets for review and communicate feedback to host venues
- Develop an operations and installation manual template
REQUIREMENTS:
- Completion of at least 2 years of college coursework
- Preferred major or field of study: marketing, communications, or sales
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, SharePoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
- Previous work experience preferred
- Part-time position, approximately 15 hours per week
