In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Support Treasury Operations projects and initiatives related to banking services, treasury technology solutions, regulatory requirements, and business-driven changes by planning, analyzing, organizing, and managing project activities, including maintaining team planners, project plans, action-item trackers, status updates, meeting materials, and project documentation.
  • Track project milestones, key deliverables, issues/action plans, risks/mitigation plans, and dependencies, ensuring stakeholders are informed of progress and upcoming activities.
  • Prepare and maintain recurring Treasury Operations reporting and analyses related to cash, liquidity, short-term investments, and other Treasury Operations activities.
  • Manage reporting, tracking, and stakeholder communication related to material transactions, including maintaining settlement trackers, supporting analyses, monitoring key milestones, and coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and analyze Treasury-related expenses, including bank fee management, expense tracking, reporting, budgeting support, and variance analysis.
  • Serve as backup support for daily cash positioning, cash and liquidity reporting, payment approvals, bank administration, and other Treasury Operations activities as needed.
  • Monitor shared team mailboxes, research issues, coordinate responses, and escalate items as appropriate.
  • Support audit activities, documentation requests, and control-related processes.

We’re looking for people who have:

  • Undergraduate degree in business, accounting, finance or related field required.
  • 3+ years of related treasury or finance experience in a public or private company environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of banking services, terminology, processes and overall treasury management principles, fundamentals, and techniques.
  • Ability to effectively manage relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Insurance industry and Kyriba experience preferred.
  • Project management skills preferred.
