Savan Group is seeking an experienced Program Supervisor to support the delivery of a national Tribal Victim Services Program Management (TVSPM) Support program. The Program Supervisor will oversee day-to-day project operations and support implementation of compliance assistance, capacity-building initiatives, training programs, technical assistance engagements, and stakeholder coordination activities serving Tribal victim service programs across the United States. The Program Supervisor will work closely with the Project Manager, government stakeholders, Tribal communities, subject matter experts, and program staff to ensure high-quality service delivery and operational excellence. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, experience supporting victim services or social service initiatives, and demonstrated experience working directly with American Indian and Alaska Native (AI/AN) communities. The successful candidate will contribute to a culturally responsive, victim-centered, and trauma-informed approach to supporting Tribal communities, helping strengthen victim service programming and compliance with federal grant requirements. Role Responsibilities: Support day-to-day administration and coordination of contract activities. Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project tasks and deliverables. Coordinate activities among project staff, consultants, subcontractors, and subject matter experts. Support implementation of compliance assistance plans and capacity-building initiatives. Monitor task progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables. Coordinate webinars, trainings, peer-learning events, workshops, and stakeholder meetings. Maintain project documentation, action trackers, issue logs, and status reports. Support collection, tracking, and reporting of performance metrics and customer satisfaction data. Assist with development of annual work plans, monthly reports, technical reports, and presentations. Coordinate communication among Tribal grant recipients, federal stakeholders, and project staff. Monitor quality control processes and support continuous improvement efforts. Assist with onboarding, coordination, and management of consultants and subject matter experts. Support logistical planning for virtual and in-person meetings, trainings, and site visits. Ensure project activities reflect trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Social Work, Criminal Justice, Native American Studies, Public Policy, Business Administration, Human Services, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience supporting operations within the victim services field. Minimum 5 years of experience working directly with or providing capacity-building support to AI/AN communities. Experience supporting social service programs, training initiatives, or technical assistance projects. Demonstrated understanding of Tribal cultures, governance structures, and community engagement practices. Strong organizational, project coordination, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Experience working remotely with geographically dispersed teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools. Ability to travel as needed. Ability to obtain and maintain any required government background investigation or clearance. Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting DOJ, OJP, OVC, OVW, BJA, SAMHSA, CDC, HHS, or other federal grant-making organizations. Experience supporting victim services, human trafficking, domestic violence, sexual assault, child advocacy, elder justice, MMIP, or related programs. Experience supporting federally funded grants or technical assistance programs. Familiarity with OJP grant requirements, monitoring processes, and award compliance requirements. Experience facilitating training or stakeholder engagement activities. Experience with performance reporting and knowledge management systems. Work Location and Schedule: Remote/Hybrid, Washington, DC Periodic travel to Tribal and Alaska Native communities, conferences, trainings, site visits, and client locations may be required.
