The purpose of Digital Integration is to deliver a hybrid integration strategy enabling ultra-fast and secure data exchange through state-of-the-art Digital Integration Platforms, delivering unparalleled 24/7 availability and empowering users with seamless self-service experiences. The Tribe lead is the Global Owner of the Digital Integration (DI) products. These products contain Integration Platform as a Services (IPAAS), API management platform (API), Event Drive Integration (EDA), EDI/MFT platform supported by a DevOps competence lead. The products will aim to provide robust, scalable and innovative integration platforms and DevOps services. Define the strategy, governance, and operations (from design processes & solutions to deployment and support) for the platform and DevOps teams (hubs) enabling Heineken federated integration teams. The Digital Integration platforms have strategic importance for delivering the connected brewer ambition of D&T.

Your responsibilities would include:

• maximizing the value of the DI products by defining and driving the strategy and roadmaps to shape, build, operate and innovate the integration platforms (Mulesoft, SAP CI, Azure APIM, Solace, Seeburger, etc.). Owning the security and governance for all these services
• enabling Functional integration teams programs, and initiatives by means of self-service integration platforms, both locally and globally where the above services are required
• an advanced, cost-efficient DevOps team delivery integration service beyond the scope of the functional integration teams
• aligning with Global Information Security the security scope and ensuring a secure environment (patching, upgrading, migrating, etc.) for this function
• ownership of the partner relations and contracts in support of the delivery of the Tech Acceleration platforms and services
• financial management of assigned budgets (change and run budget)
• Driving the Total Cost of Ownership for the products belonging to the tribe
• searching for new technologies, services, and benchmarks to keep HEINEKEN running on best-in-class technology platforms and comply with external and internal audits
• accounability for the set-up and development of high-performing, agile product teams.

You are a good candidate if you have:

• Bachelor's or preferably Master’s degree in IT/Computer Science related studies
• the ideal candidate should have strong and demonstrated experience in a hybrid integration strategy driving value on multiple integration platforms with strategic importance
• demonstrated servant leadership, managing large product teams in an agile context
• experience in managing global partners with more than €10M/year per contract
• minimum of 3 years experience as a Senior Product Owner or similar role
• working experience in a complex international environment
• experience in an Agile environment, preferably functioning in a Product Team running SCRUM or KanBan
• entrepreneurial mind-set and an ability to connect with internal and external audiences including senior management
• experience managing global partners / vendors and contract negotiations • Experience managing multiple teams
• good understanding of IT Service Management and Backlog Management practices
• stakeholder management skills
• sense of urgency to enable & support OpCos and its Operations with the related services
• demonstrated behaviour in a customer-centric value delivery model.
