Now Hiring: TruBridge Super User — Hybrid Position

Atoka County Medical Center is seeking an experienced TruBridge Super User to support staff, improve workflows, and help employees use our electronic health record system effectively. This hybrid position combines on-site and remote work, with the schedule coordinated based on hospital needs.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary resource for TruBridge questions and troubleshooting.
• Train new and existing employees on system functions and workflows.
• Work with clinical and business office staff to identify and resolve system issues.
• Coordinate support requests with IT and TruBridge.
• Run and interpret analytical reports to monitor performance, identify trends, and support leadership decisions.
• Assist with system updates, testing, and process improvements.
• Develop user guides and training materials.
• Support accurate documentation and protect confidential patient information.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using TruBridge in a hospital setting.
• Strong understanding of clinical and/or hospital business office workflows.
• Experience running and interpreting analytical reports.
• Excellent communication, training, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate across departments, and provide on-site support as scheduled.
• Previous super user or system implementation experience preferred.
