So if you are a go-getter, hungry to get results, and ready for the next challenge in your professional career this opportunity was meant for you… Job Description: We are seeking an Truck Dispatcher to manage daily fleet operations and ensure efficient, safe, and timely transportation across multiple equipment types, including dry van, flatbed, straight box, and reefer trucks. This role is focused on route planning, driver coordination, and fleet monitoring , working closely with drivers and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly. Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate efficient routes for dry van, flatbed, straight box, and reefer trucks. Maintain clear and constant communication with drivers to ensure on-time and safe deliveries. Monitor vehicle movement in real time and adjust routes as needed using transportation software tools. Optimize routes to improve efficiency, reduce delays, and support operational goals. Handle and maintain accurate documentation related to routes and daily operations. Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure vehicle readiness and fleet reliability. Collaborate with ELD and Safety teams regarding driver availability and Hours of Service status. Plan and adjust routes to ensure on-time and safe deliveries. Maintain constant communication with drivers via calls and messages. Track vehicle movement using dispatch and routing software. Respond to delays, breakdowns, and operational issues in real time. Coordinate with the maintenance team regarding vehicle readiness. Update dispatch systems and route documentation. Collaborate with ELD and Safety teams regarding Hours of Service status. Prepare daily operational updates and next-day plans. What we are looking for: B1-B2 English Level (Good/Fluent command of the language) Self-motivated, results-oriented, with a positive mindset. No previous experience needed. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills . Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Fully functional equipment: Laptop, UPS (guarantee workflow during outages), Headset. Availability Required: Full-time position - three different shifts (minimum 40 hours a week): Morning shift - 8.30 AM - 4.30 PM CT Daytime shift - 4.30 PM - 12.30 AM CT Night shift - 12.30 AM - 8.30 AM CT Benefits: 1.
