You will play a significant role in business support by performing various and complex administrative assignments requested by client servicing teams, such as:

  • Maintain various internal and external databases and entity management systems on daily basis.

  • Assist in conducting financial statement reviews, analysis and replication ensuring accounting data accuracy review & making updates of internal/external database systems.

  • Arrange filings with and obtain documents from various commercial registers.

  • Perform various other administrative assignments at the request of client servicing teams and coordinate work with other Citco locations.

  • Will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and validating financial reports in XBRL format in compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain and update documentation of XBRL guidelines and procedures.

  • Participate in process improvements and automation initiatives related to XBRL.

  • Handling general corporate transactions and compliance matters, including routine corporate housekeeping and regulatory filings.

  • Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining corporate documents such as board resolutions, secretarial records, certificates and related legal documentation.

  • Assisting in the coordination and execution of corporate actions and approvals.

  • Supporting internal teams and stakeholders in relation to corporate governance requirements.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Prior exposure to financial reporting or corporate administration is an advantage.

  • Very good computers skills (Microsoft Office packages).

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); Spanish proficiency is an added advantage.

  • Flexible, proactive and attentive to details team player with excellent communication skills.

  • Must be able to work in high-pressure environment, either independently or as part of a team.

  • Flexibility in work schedule according to project and business needs.

  • Must be able to organize and prioritize tasks. 

  • Flexibility and ability to deal with change. 

  • Exposure in XBRL tagging and financial reporting.

  • Familiarity with any XBRL tools and platforms.

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines.

  • Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders professionally.

  • High level of accountability, confidentiality, and professionalism.
