About the Role
Join a tax and wealth planning team at a national law firm, advising individuals and families on sophisticated estate planning matters. This hybrid Atlanta-based role offers meaningful client exposure and the opportunity to build lasting client relationships and grow your practice.
What You'll Do
Advise high-net-worth individuals and families on wealth transfer and estate planning strategies.
Draft and review wills, trusts, and related estate planning documents.
Counsel trustees and executors on trust and estate administration.
Work directly with clients and develop strong, long-term client relationships.
What We're Looking For
Five to seven years of trusts and estates experience.
Strong knowledge of gift, estate, and generation-skipping transfer tax rules.
Experience advising high-net-worth clients, preparing estate planning documents, and counseling trustees and executors.
Admission to practice law in Georgia, or the ability to obtain it.
A strong academic record, including a law school GPA of at least 3.0.
A stable work history and an entrepreneurial, client-focused approach.
Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Compensation & Benefits
The annual salary range is $235,000 to $300,000. Visa sponsorship is not available.
