Turkish Speaking Advertisers Support (On-site Lisbon)

Location: Lisbon (only candidates already living in Lisbon or nearby areas) Work Model: On-site Schedule: Rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday, between 06:00 and 23:00 Start Dates: 02/10, 09/10 or 13/10 Monthly Gross Salary: 1,099 € Legal Requirement: Valid Residency Card

We are recruiting Turkish-speaking professionals to join the Advertisers Support team, providing specialized assistance to business advertisers through chat, email and phone.

Main Responsibilities

Support business advertisers across digital platforms Provide pre‑ and post‑sales assistance Troubleshoot technical issues and report system bugs Guide users on tools, features and best practices Identify trends and recurring issues Work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

Mandatory Requirements

Fluency in Turkish Good level of English B2

Availability for rotational shifts (including weekends)

Availability to work on-site in Lisbon Valid Residency Card
