We are looking for a UAT Stream Lead to join our growing team in the US!

Location: United States - Ideal location: North Carolina or near NC. - Remote with occassional travel.

Time zone: EST

Overview of role and responsibilities:
The UAT Test Manager will lead and coordinate the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase of the end-to-end Supply Chain Management (SCM) program. The program involves the global implementation of a new BlueYonder instance, with this role focusing specifically on the Supply element. While experience with BlueYonder is not required, the successful candidate must demonstrate strong test management expertise, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage a distributed testing team effectively.

Essential Skills & Experience
1. Test Management Expertise - Proven experience in planning, coordinating, and executing UAT phases for large-scale programs.
2. Proficiency in Test Tools - Hands-on experience with qTest & Jira preferred, the ability to create effective dashboards and reports for test tracking and communication.
3. Leadership and Coordination - Strong capability to manage distributed teams and ensure consistent progress and communication across regions.

Desirable Skills & Experience
1. Supply Chain Management Knowledge - Familiarity with supply chain systems or processes, particularly in global implementations.
2. Experience in BlueYonder or Similar Systems - While not essential, knowledge of BlueYonder or comparable SCM platforms is a plus.
3. Stakeholder Communication Skills - Ability to work closely with diverse stakeholders, aligning UAT efforts with business and program needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and define the UAT Test Plan, aligning with program objectives and business requirements.
• Collaborate with business teams to determine UAT test scope and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Coordinate test case build activities and manage the scheduling and execution of UAT test cases.
• Ensure user availability and readiness for test execution.
• Manage and oversee a team of UAT Test Coordinators
• Utilize Jira and other test management tools to produce clear, actionable dashboards and reports.
• Lead and chair daily UAT meetings, addressing challenges, monitoring progress, and ensuring alignment with project timelines.
