Mission We're looking for a proactive and resourceful UGC Collection Specialist to independently source and collect authentic video and photo content from customers, influencers, and creators. In this role, you'll take ownership of the full outreach and content collection process — from identifying creators and outreach strategies to ensuring weekly delivery quotas are met. this role starts part-time with a clear path to full-time within 2-3 months as the brand scales from 1 to 5+ products. Key Responsibilities Your daily tasks will vary, giving you room to learn, grow, and strengthen your skills while supporting the team with excellence. Identify pregnant creators and moms on Instagram and TikTok who fit our brand and campaign needs Independently source and collect UGC videos and photos (10–15 seconds) from customers, influencers, and TikTok creators Develop outreach strategies using email campaigns, TikTok Shop outreach, direct influencer outreach, and other creative methods Identify creators and customers who align with the brand and campaign requirements Send outreach messages via TikTok, Instagram, email, and other communication channels Manage high volumes of outreach and follow-ups to ensure consistent content delivery Coordinate content submissions, usage rights, and delivery timelines with creators Present creative ideas and strategies for improving UGC collection and scaling content output Track creator conversations, content status, approvals, and deliverables using spreadsheets or tracking systems Ensure weekly content quotas are completed and delivered to the editing team by Saturday Build and maintain strong relationships with creators to encourage repeat collaborations Troubleshoot creator issues such as delays, missing files, or reshoot requests when needed Qualifications Years of Experience: 1+ years in influencer outreach, UGC collection, or creator partnerships CRM Tool: Not required Softwares: TikTok, Instagram, Google Sheets, Airtable, or similar tracking tools Industry Knowledge Required: UGC collection, influencer outreach, ecommerce, and social media content workflows Specific Gender: No preference Skills & Competencies Strong self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects Strong written communication and outreach skills Comfortable managing high volumes of DMs, emails, and follow-ups Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think proactively Relationship-building skills and professional communication style Familiarity with TikTok creator workflows and short-form content trends Ability to manage spreadsheets and outreach tracking systems effectively Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling ecommerce environment Technical Requirements Own PC or laptop Reliable internet connection (wired connection recommended) Noise-cancelling headset and a quiet, professional workspace Access to Instagram and TikTok accounts for outreach and messaging Ability to use email and basic tools such as Google Sheets or Airtable to track outreach and deliverables Position Description Working Hours: 20 hours per week(Part-Time), Flexible Working Hours (Required overlap with Eastern Time from 5PM till 11PM Beirut Time) Working Days: 5 days a week (candidates can work 20 hours across 2-3 days or spread throughout the week, as long as weekly quotas are met by Saturday) Days Off: Saturday and Sunday Work Location: Fully-remote, you can work from anywhere PTO (Paid Time Off): You may request time off anytime with advanced notice Salary Range: $850 (part-time) | $1,500-2,000 (full-time)
