Mission We're bringing on a part-time Email & Text Marketing Specialist to own retention marketing across our client roster. You'll build the workflows that keep past customers coming back, Examples: first visit follow-ups, membership upsells, league promotions, win-back campaigns, so our clients aren't just filling bays with new customers; they're getting repeat bookings out of people who already showed up once and raising the average customer's LTV. This isn't generic email marketing. Our clients are local venues, so every flow needs to drive a real action: a rebooked bay, a renewed membership, a signed-up league player Key Responsibilities - Creating Email & SMS automated workflows - Setting up conditional splits and triggers within the workflows - Write and design promotion campaigns that match each client's brand and voice - Segment lists so the right message hits the right customer at the right time - Continually test subject lines, send times, and offers to improve open and click rates - Build SMS flows for time-sensitive offers, reminders, and re-engagement - Coordinate email and text so customers aren't getting hit twice with the same message - Manage opt-ins/opt-outs and compliance across all client Email & SMS programs - Identify where customers are dropping off (one-time visitors, lapsed members) and build flows to bring them back - Recommend new flows or offers based on what the data shows - Reporting - Deliver clear, consistent performance reports to Shayne and Tristan on a schedule we define together - Reports need to tell a story, not just dump open rates. What's converting, what's not, what you're changing - Flag anything unusual early - SOP & Process Building (When Bandwidth Allows) - Document every flow you build so it can be handed off or replicated across new clients - Build SOPs for: flow templates, segmentation logic, QA checklists, reporting - Help us build a playbook for onboarding a new golf simulator client onto email/text in under 48 hours Qualifications Must Haves: - Minimum 2+ years running email marketing, ideally in GoHighLevel or a similar platform - Experience building and managing SMS/text campaigns - Can write copy that converts, not just informs - Can build and read your own performance reports without hand-holding - Self-directed; you flag problems before we find them - Comfortable working inside a small, fast-moving team - Comfortable with tools like ClickUp or Notion Nice to Haves: - Local/service business marketing experience - Familiarity with golf or sports/entertainment venues - Experience with other Email & SMS platforms - SOP or documentation writing experience Current Client Context Our active clients are indoor golf simulator venues across Canada and the US. Retention goals are local and specific: rebooked bays, renewed memberships, filled leagues, repeat event bookings. You'll be stepping into some accounts with no retention system in place at all, and others with flows that need a full rebuild. How We Measure Success - Email and text flows are live and running across all active client accounts. - Open, click, and conversion rates improve month over month, measured against clear KPIs per client. - Weekly reporting cadence is established and maintained without follow-up. - Retention SOP is documented and usable. - Client-facing results are clear, reportable, and defensible on any check-in call. Position Description Working Hours: 4 Hours per Day, from 4:00 PM till 8:00 PM Beirut Time Working Days: 5 days a week, Monday to Friday (20 Hours per Week) Days Off: Saturday and Sunday Work Location: Fully-remote, you can work from anywhere PTO (Paid Time Off): You may request time off anytime with advanced notice Salary Range: $1,000-$1,200/month (Part-Time)
