Together with Mindly’s CMO Masha , we’re looking for a part-time UGC Manager to help scale Mindly through partnerships with creators, influencers, and actors, as well as by launching creative collaborations that drive performance in the Ukrainian market and beyond. What we’re looking for: 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing across Ukrainian market. Experience purchasing UGC content — from negotiations to tracking final results. Excellent communication and self-organization skills. A producer mindset — the ability to see the potential in content and evaluate its impact. B2/C1 English with strong written and verbal communication skills. Nice to have: Experience in the mental health niche or other B2C industries. Experience working with the US market. Your future responsibilities: Finding influencers and UGC creators who match our target audience, with a strong focus on the Ukrainian market. Building and maintaining partnerships through regular communication and engagement. Analyzing the performance of purchased content and finding ways to reduce costs without compromising quality. Taking full ownership of the process — from sourcing and communication to budgeting and analytics, with the opportunity to build the system from scratch. Managing and updating our partner database, ensuring the data is structured, accurate, and complete. Monitoring current content trends, gathering ideas, and initiating new creative formats to engage our audience. How do we work?
