About
the
Role
We
are
looking
for
an
experienced
and
passionate
UI/UX
Engineer
with
4
to
6
years
of
hands-on
experience
bridging
the
gap
between
user
experience
design and frontend
engineering.
In
this
role,
you
will
play
a
critical
part
in
transforming
user
needs
and
complex
workflows
into
intuitive,
high-performing
digital
interfaces.
You’ll
collaborate
closely
with
Product
Managers,
UX
Designers,
and
Backend
Engineers
to
design,
prototype,
and
build
seamless
user
interfaces
using
modern
web
technologies
and
component
libraries.

User
Experience
·
Partner
with
Product
Designers
to
translate
wireframes,
user
journeys,
and
high-fidelity mockups into scalable front-end architecture.

Conduct user
research,
usability
testing, and accessibility
audits
to
refine
features
and
validate
design
solutions.

Champion design consistency, accessibility (WCAG compliance), and
responsive
web
practices
across
all
platforms.
Frontend
Development
·
Build
modular,
reusable,
and
maintainable
UI
components
and
systems
(Design
Systems
/
Component Libraries).

Implement
clean, responsive, and
cross-browser compatible
user
interfaces using HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.

Integrate
front-end
interfaces
with
RESTful
APIs
or

services
in collaboration with back-end engineering teams.

Experience:

6
years
of
proven
experience
as
a
UI/UX
Engineer,
Front-End
Developer with a strong design focus, or similar hybrid role.

Technical
Skills:

Proficiency in
HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/SASS, JavaScript (ES6+),
and
TypeScript
.
o
Deep
experience
with
modern
JS
frameworks
like
React,
Vue.js,
or
Angular
(React preferred).

Experience
building
and
maintaining
Design
Systems
using
tools
like
Storybook,
CSS
Modules,
Tailwind
CSS,
or
Styled
Components.
