Role Description

• Experienced UI/UX Designer with a strong eye for visual design, focused on improving the look, feel, and usability of web platforms and digital experiences
• Designs modern, polished user interfaces for websites, web applications, and internal platforms
• Creates wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
• Improves existing interfaces by identifying opportunities to simplify layouts, navigation, and overall user experience
• Applies brand guidelines consistently across colors, typography, imagery, components, and layouts
• Creates and maintains reusable UI components and design systems to keep experiences consistent across platforms
• Designs responsive experiences that work well across different screen sizes
• Collaborates with developers and stakeholders to translate requirements into practical, production-ready designs
• Reviews implemented designs and helps ensure the final experience matches the intended design and quality
• Proficiency in Canva is also preferred.

Summary

The ideal candidate brings a strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality web and UI design work, with professional experience designing websites, web applications, or digital products. Strong proficiency with Figma and modern design and prototyping tools is essential, along with an excellent understanding of layout, spacing, typography, color, visual hierarchy, and interaction design. Experience working within established brand guidelines and design systems is expected, as is a solid understanding of responsive design, usability, and accessibility best practices. We need someone who can take existing platforms and ideas and turn them into polished, intuitive, and visually engaging experiences while staying consistent with established brand direction.
