UI/UX Designer

They are a remote-first company that is full of inspiring and friendly people. They are currently searching for a UI/UX Designer to join their fast-growing team. This position is for someone located in Brazil. In this position you will have the opportunity to work with some of our biggest projects within the retail industry. About You: You are a humble, passionate, and experienced designer that is looking for a collaborative and analytical Frontend Design role to support the execution of our product roadmap. This comprises working on a set of key products and areas in our suite of solutions, including new feature development, maintain and enhancing our existing platform to ultimately drive customer success. As our UI/UX Designer, you are a creative, out-of-the-box problem solver with a commitment to doing high-quality work. Our Frontend Designer will be a UI laybout and styling centered role. You will work with the Engineering and Product teams to build and improve our front end experiences’ look, feel and design. How You Will Make an Impact: Build, collaborate on and maintain complex CSS for front-end applications that integrate simply and seamlessly on our clients’ web pages, across browsers and various devices. You’ll work on a cross functional team, collaborating with the product and engineering team to analyze user needs and scope new feature development Write extensible, clean layout and style code Ensure high-quality visual and UX standards that maintains brand consistency Create prototypes and demos of future/experimental new experiences Shape emerging products that hit market You’ll collaborate with a team excited to improve environmental impact and improve e-commerce Skills and Qualifications : (even if you do not meet these skills 100%, we still welcome you to apply) 3+ years’ experience building UI/UX experiences with CSS Experience with libraries like Tailwind and Bootstrap Ability to implement designs from Figma or similar tools, including being able to give feedback and recommendations about potential gaps or design improvements Proficiency in measuring and optimizing frontend performance Creative problem solver with a drive for finding effective solutions. Above bar communication skills, both written and oral, to engage engineers, product partners and stakeholders at all levels Well organized individual that pays close attention to detail Able to effectively prioritize in a fast-paced and fast-changing environment Bonus if you have experience integrating with large retail e-commerce sites About Us: BM, established in 2017, is a SaaS solution for retailers and brands to reduce returns, improve sustainability and supercharge their supply chain from the ground up.
