About the Role

We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, you will turn complex ideas into seamless user interfaces and experiences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand target audience needs and behaviors.

• Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes to illustrate design ideas.

• Design and iterate on user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing aesthetic.

• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.

• Perform usability testing and gather feedback to refine and improve designs.

• Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to maintain best practices.

• Ensure designs align with the brand's identity and meet accessibility standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile designs.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design.

• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
