About the opportunity

Design intuitive digital experiences with Figma. SourcAI is building its network of UI/UX Designers in the United Arab Emirates for current and upcoming remote opportunities. Depending on the project, you may translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes and polished interfaces; create interactive prototypes in Figma; develop reusable components and design systems; and collaborate with product managers and engineers through design reviews and implementation handoff. You may also contribute to user research and usability testing to improve the experience across web and mobile products. This page welcomes expressions of interest for our talent pool. Your profile

• A portfolio demonstrating your design process, interface craft and problem-solving approach.
• Practical Figma skills, including Auto Layout, components, variants and interactive prototypes.
• Ability to translate user needs and business goals into clear, usable interfaces.
• Understanding of responsive layouts, accessibility and consistent interaction patterns.
• Ability to explain design decisions and incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders.
• Professional English and confidence collaborating remotely with teams serving the UAE market.
• Experience with usability research, product analytics or Arabic right-to-left interfaces is a plus.
