About the Team
At OpsAI, we are building the operational infrastructure required for enterprises to responsibly adopt artificial intelligence within real-world business environments.
Our Product team works at the intersection of enterprise software, artificial intelligence, governance, and user experience. We collaborate closely with Engineering, Research & AI, Security & GRC, and Business teams to transform complex operational requirements into intuitive and practical product experiences.
We believe that enterprise software should simplify complexity rather than create it. Design plays a critical role in helping users navigate operational systems that require transparency, accountability, security, and human oversight.
About the Role
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer Intern who is passionate about designing intuitive and scalable experiences for enterprise applications.
You will work directly with the founding team to design interfaces, workflows, dashboards, and product experiences that help organizations manage operational processes more effectively.
This internship provides an opportunity to participate in the complete product design lifecycle, including research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, design documentation, and implementation.
You will collaborate with engineers, researchers, and product stakeholders while gaining hands-on experience designing products for real-world enterprise environments.
This role is based in New Delhi, India.
In This Role, You Will
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders to design user-centered experiences.
- Translate business requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Design dashboards, forms, workflows, and enterprise interfaces.
- Conduct user research and identify opportunities to improve usability.
- Create and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.
- Participate in usability testing and continuously iterate on product designs.
- Establish visual and interaction standards across products.
- Work closely with frontend engineers to ensure design consistency during implementation.
- Contribute to product documentation and design specifications.
- Support the continuous evolution of the overall product experience.

Requirements
Candidates should have a strong understanding of UI and UX design principles, along with hands-on experience using Figma or similar design tools. A good understanding of wireframing, prototyping, user-centered design methodologies, and responsive design principles is expected. Applicants should be comfortable creating user flows, wireframes, and interface mockups while demonstrating strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
Experience designing web or mobile applications, working with design systems and component libraries, and conducting usability testing or user research will be considered an advantage. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, frontend development, SaaS products, or enterprise software is preferred. Candidates with academic, personal, freelance, or open-source projects that demonstrate their design capabilities are strongly encouraged to apply.

This is a paid internship opportunity, and selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend as per company policy. This internship provides an opportunity to work directly with the founding team and contribute to the development of real-world enterprise software products. Interns will gain hands-on experience in product design, AI-driven systems, and operational workflows while participating in every stage of the design process, from research and ideation to implementation.
You will have the opportunity to take ownership of meaningful product features, collaborate with engineers and product teams, and build solutions for practical business use cases. The role also offers continuous mentorship, regular feedback, and exposure to product development in a startup environment.
In addition to developing a strong professional portfolio through real-world projects, high-performing interns may be considered for pre-placement offers (PPOs), extended internships, or future full-time opportunities based on their contributions, performance, and the organization's requirements.
