We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team and take ownership of designing intuitive, engaging and visually polished digital experiences for Pluxee's products. The ideal candidate is a user-centered designer who can work across the full product design process, from discovery and research through user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, prototyping, usability testing and design systems.You will work with engineers and stakeholders to turn user and business needs into simple, accessible and consistent interfaces. OutSystems is used as a technology at Pluxee, so you will design with that platform in mind.
Key Responsibilities
UX and product discovery- Conduct user research to understand needs, behaviours, pain points and goals, and turn the findings into actionable insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritise requirements and features.
- Take part in discovery workshops and design-thinking activities.
- Define user journeys, information architecture and end-to-end user flows.
- Create low-fidelity wireframes to explore and validate concepts.
- Build interactive prototypes and use them to find usability issues before development.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback, usability testing, stakeholder input and product requirements.
- Create clean, intuitive and visually polished interfaces for web and digital products.
- Produce high-fidelity designs aligned with brand guidelines and product objectives.
- Build and maintain reusable UI components, design patterns, design systems and UI kits.
- Apply responsive design principles across devices and screen sizes.
- Work closely with developers so designs are implemented accurately, including on the OutSystems platform.
- Communicate design decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Balance user needs, business objectives, technical constraints and visual quality.
- Support design refinement during implementation and contribute to continuous product improvement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer or in a similar role .
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and UX methodologies.
- Practical experience with user research, usability testing, user flows and journeys, wireframing, prototyping, UI design, design systems and responsive design.
- Ability to move comfortably between UX discovery and detailed UI execution.
- Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to turn complex requirements into simple, intuitive experiences.
- Experience collaborating with developers, product teams and business stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- A portfolio that shows end-to-end UX/UI work and explains your design decisions.
- Strong written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience working in Employee/HR, retail or high transactional environments would be highly desirable.
