About the Client Our client is an accounting firm business based in the UK growing their existing offshore team to support their operations team. The Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Junior Accountant to join our Accounts Pod team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their accounting career to gain hands-on experience in financial statement preparation using CaseWare , develop strong technical skills, and grow within a supportive team environment. What You'll Do Assist in the preparation of financial statements using CaseWare . Support the team in ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Apply core accounting principles in day-to-day tasks. Take ownership of assigned tasks and meet deadlines. Receive guidance and feedback from senior team members to support professional development. Contribute ideas and solutions to improve processes and team efficiency.· What We're Looking For 1–2 years of experience in an accounting role. Experience in UK GAAP & FRS102 is advantageous. Sound understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Familiarity with CaseWare or similar accounting software. Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude. Good communication and teamwork skills. Relevant accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA) or working towards one.
