UK Market Lead – Private Banking Recruitment We are an international recruitment consultancy specialising in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Family Offices, and Financial Services. Apply While we operate across multiple international markets, we have maintained the spirit of a family-run business: entrepreneurial, relationship-driven, agile, and genuinely people-focused. We believe recruitment is first and foremost about trust, integrity, and long-term partnerships. As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for an ambitious and experienced professional to help develop and expand our UK business. This is not simply a business development role. It is an opportunity to play a leading role in building our UK presence, developing client relationships, growing revenue, and helping shape the future of our business in the region. For the right person, this is a chance to take ownership of a market and make a visible impact within a growing international company. THE OPPORTUNITY As our UK Market Lead, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our UK operation. Initially, the role will combine business development, client relationship management, and recruitment delivery. While our international teams will provide support, particularly from our established French office, we are looking for someone who is comfortable operating autonomously and capable of managing opportunities from business development through to successful placement. You will have the freedom to develop your own approach, identify new opportunities, and help build the foundations for future growth in the UK. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating opportunities rather than waiting for them.
