Job Title: UKG QA

Location: Remote (Washington, DC – Onsite once per quarter)

Contract: 12 Months Contract with Possible extension

Candidate Requirements:

• Candidates must be based in the EST or CST time zones.
• Minimum 10+ years of overall experience.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills are essential.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience with UKG ProWFM, particularly Timekeeper, Accrual, and Activities.
• 5+ years of experience working with JIRA.
• Strong experience in Quality Assurance, Business Analysis, and testing.
• Hands-on experience developing test plans, test cases, and conducting regression testing.
• Experience creating and maintaining Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM).
• Strong understanding of process mapping, workflows, requirements gathering, and fit-gap analysis.
• Experience with testing integrations involving systems such as SAP and Maximo.
• Knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium, QTP, or similar tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, Excel, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CBAP certification and/or Certified Scrum Master certification.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience with UKG ProWFM, Telestaff, or Workforce Central.
