Salary is $80,000-$100,0000/yr | Credit given for experience Great Benefits Available What You'll Do: The UKG Ready Implementation & Payroll Solutions Consultant assists with UKG Ready payroll implementations end to end and owns the audit and parallel payroll process that validates accuracy before go-live. This role sits at the intersection of payroll subject-matter expertise and technical system configuration, and requires someone equally comfortable consulting directly with clients and working hands-on inside UKG Ready to build, test, and troubleshoot. What You'll Bring: 3+ years of hands-on UKG Ready experience in payroll configuration and implementation. This is required; candidates without direct UKG Ready experience will not be considered. Demonstrated experience running parallel payrolls and/or payroll audits during a system implementation or conversion. Strong working knowledge of payroll fundamentals: gross-to-net calculation, multi-state tax withholding, garnishments, benefits deductions, and accrual methodologies. Proven ability to troubleshoot payroll discrepancies independently and to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience managing client-facing implementation projects, including timelines, requirements documentation, and stakeholder communication.
