You will be responsible for driving technical excellence, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the successful execution of projects from concept to launch. Responsibilities: Lead a team of game developers in the design, development, and optimization of Unity 3D/Unreal game projects across various platforms (PC, console, mobile) Define and enforce game development standards, best practices, and coding guidelines to ensure the quality, performance, and scalability of game projects Collaborate with cross-functional teams including artists, designers, producers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop technical solutions that meet game design objectives and player expectations.
