Location: Remote — Egypt only
Openings: 2
Position: Unity Developer Internship
Compensation: Unpaid during the internship period (3 months)
Opportunity: Potential transition into a paid full-time role based on performance, growth, and team fit
We’re looking for two promising Unity developers in Egypt who want the opportunity to grow into professional game developers by contributing to a real co-op game project.
For this internship, we’re not looking for someone with the perfect CV, years of professional experience, or knowledge of every Unity system. What matters much more to us is potential.
We want developers who communicate well, are willing to learn, improve noticeably over time, take feedback seriously, and gradually become capable of owning the systems they work on.
If you believe you can demonstrate those qualities, this is your opportunity to show up, learn, contribute, prove what you can do, gain real development experience, strengthen your resume, and potentially earn a full-time position on the team.
Technical ability matters, but it isn’t the only thing we’ll be evaluating.
Throughout the internship, we’ll be paying attention to things like:
We don’t expect you to arrive with all of these fully developed.
We expect you to demonstrate that you can grow into them.
You’ll work directly on a real Unity co-op game and gradually take on more responsibility as you demonstrate your capabilities.
Depending on your experience and progress, you may work on:
Early on, you may work on smaller tasks while getting familiar with the project.
As you improve, we want you to progress toward owning features and systems rather than simply completing tickets.
This opportunity is open to developers based in Egypt.
You could be:
Professional experience is not required.
We’d rather hire someone with strong potential, good communication, and a serious desire to improve than someone who simply checks more boxes on paper.
You should have:
Big plus: Experience with multiplayer development, networking, Steamworks, Photon, or similar technologies is a bonus — not a requirement.
The goal is to give promising developers the kind of experience that is difficult to gain from courses and tutorials alone.
You’ll get the opportunity to:
We’re not treating this as an automatic internship-to-job pipeline.
We’re looking for two developers who can prove that they belong on the team.
During the internship, we’ll evaluate your performance, communication, improvement, reliability, technical growth, ownership, and alignment with how the team works.
If you consistently demonstrate those qualities and there is a mutual fit, you may be selected to transition into a paid full-time Unity Developer position.
There is no guaranteed full-time offer.
The opportunity is simple:
Come in. Learn. Communicate. Improve. Contribute. Take ownership. Show us what you can become.
If you believe you can do that, this is the time to apply.
Don’t avoid applying because you’re a fresh graduate, self-taught, or don’t have professional game-development experience yet.
Potential matters. What you do with the opportunity matters even more.
