Job Description: As a Unity Engineer at GigXR, you will be a key member of our team in developing immersive applications tailored for healthcare and educational training. The ideal candidate will bring extensive Unity expertise, a strong background in mixed reality technologies, and a proven track record of delivering successful software solutions across various devices and platforms. Primary Responsibilities: Work with development team to solution, document, implement, and test new features and updates in C# and Unity. Work with the QA team to diagnose and fix issues in our applications. Contribute technical insight to product and customer experience discussions. Ensure that functionality is implemented in alignment with company vision and customer needs. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of professional experience in Unity development, with a history of completed projects. Proficiency in C# programming and Unity scripting. Solid understanding of mixed reality concepts and experience with AR/VR technologies. Previous experience working with new technologies in a constantly changing environment. Ability to optimize and support software for a range of devices and platforms. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should demonstrate humility and a collaborative mindset, with a willingness to assist teammates, ask questions, and openly receive help and feedback. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in the healthcare or educational technology industry. Familiarity with 3D modeling and animation tools.
