Unity Game Developer (Remote OK)

What you will be doing at RPL: Collaborate with game designers, UI artists, and game engineers to implement robust User Interface for gameplay features Write modular, well-structured runtime code, which is also reasonably optimized for performance Taking an idea from start to finish on your own Prototyping, and able to quickly sketch out ideas before diving into implementation Implements, integrates and optimizes online systems, services and tools Interface between server engineers to develop features and services Develops presentation features such as in-game messages, in-game cameras, as well as particle effects and audio triggers Who you are: Strong practical knowledge of the F2P business model and mechanics. 5+ years of development experience for mobile games. (Unity) Shipped multiple titles, and have led at least one title as a Dev Lead. Analytical thinking and passion for data driven decision making Great communication skills that supports an open working environment in terms of feedback Strong teamwork skills, but also the ability to take ownership and work independently Detail oriented, organized, and able to meet project deadlines Passion for making games that look and play great. Demonstrated knowledge of good software engineering practices and development methodologies; specifically, Agile / Scrum Technical Expertise: Experience in object-oriented design and implementation Experience with a game engine such as Unreal, Unity or Frostbite.
